Simply WhatsApp us at our number, tell us which bundle you want (Men's Sharp Look or Women's Glow Set), your preferred style variant, your delivery address and your name. We confirm your order immediately and dispatch it the same day if ordered before 2 PM.
Do I have to pay in advance?â–¾
No! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across all of Pakistan. You only pay when the courier delivers your order to your door. No advance payment, no risk.
Can I order a custom bundle?â–¾
Our bundles are pre-matched for the best coordinated look, but you can tell us your colour preferences when ordering via WhatsApp and we'll try our best to match your request from our available stock.
Can I order both Men's and Women's bundles together as a gift?â–¾
Yes! Our "His & Hers" combo is a perfect gift. Order both bundles in one WhatsApp message and we'll pack them together or separately based on your preference. Great for weddings, Eid and couples.
How long does delivery take?â–¾
Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched same day. Delivery takes 2–4 working days across Pakistan. Major cities like Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad usually receive orders in 2 days.
Which courier do you use?â–¾
We primarily use PostEx for nationwide delivery. We also use M&P Couriers as an alternate. Both offer COD and real-time tracking. Your tracking number is shared via WhatsApp when your order is dispatched.
Do you deliver to all cities in Pakistan?â–¾
Yes, we deliver nationwide — all major cities and most smaller towns across Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan and AJK. WhatsApp us your city if you're unsure about coverage.
How much is the delivery charge?â–¾
Standard delivery is PKR 180–220. Delivery is FREE on orders above PKR 2,000.

Are the glasses prescription or fashion only?â–¾
Our glasses are fashion/sunglasses only — they are not prescription glasses. They are designed for style, events, outdoor use and everyday fashion wear.
What is the jewellery made of?â–¾
Our jewellery is high-quality artificial/fashion jewellery made from zinc alloy, gold-plated zinc, stainless steel and natural stones. They are not fine jewellery but are durable, stylish and great value for money.
What is your exchange/return policy?â–¾
We offer a 3-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you received a wrong item, damaged item or missing piece, WhatsApp us with a photo/video and we'll send a replacement immediately. See our full policy page for details.
Who pays for return shipping?â–¾
If the error is on our side (wrong item, damaged, missing piece), we cover the return courier cost. If it's a change of mind, the customer covers the return shipping.
How do I initiate an exchange?â–¾
WhatsApp us within 3 days of delivery with: (1) your order name, (2) a clear photo or video of the issue. We review within 24 hours and arrange the exchange or refund.
